When we think of the classical, “happy” relationship between men and women, many people will conjure up the image of a maiden in distress being rescued by a knight in shining armour.
Unfortunately, it’s that inclination which has lead us to a plethora of gender inequality problems. So, it is no surprise that there is a palpable tension in the workplace between men and women.
Does it ever strike you as odd that for as seemingly long as woman have been streaming into the workplace, it doesn’t seem any easier for them to assimilate or even excel into the culture structure? Historically industry, and by proxy, the workplace was built by and tailored for men. Yes, there are outliers in certain trades during specific periods in history, but business, as a whole, was developed for men, by men.
The 21st century saw an unparalleled rise in the figures of women employment. Increased awareness and a higher rate of education for women have resulted in more women in the workforce, earning their livelihood to sustain themselves, as well as their families.
However, that trend is changing.
It’s no secret that in recent decades women have cracked the glass ceiling in many previously male-dominated business ventures. Forbes magazine reports that, of the 25 million entrepreneurs in the US, women are more innovative in their endeavors offering more new products and services than their male counterparts.

We see plants and animals change through the cycle of the seasons, and the energetic world is no different. Many healing traditions around the world have been working with the seasons for thousands of years to maximize the effectiveness of energy medicine.
Golden Energy is our tether to the Divine. The complement to grounding Earth energy, it is the golden light that flows down to us and energizes our highest spiritual selves.
What Is a Limpia Cleansing and What to Expect
What is a limpia?
Limpia is the Spanish word for clean or cleanse. This widespread practice of energy medicine is present in many Latin American cultures. These different traditions use limpias to cleanse the energetic body of old and stagnant energies, foreign entities, and illness.
Some limpia traditions come directly from purely indigenous practices, and some come out of mestizo traditions where the influence of 500 years of European presence has merged indigenous and Catholic practices into a new hybrid.
I worked with a client today that had severe anxiety and troubling panic attacks. It was so strong after the first major panic attack that he wanted to avoid contact or engagement with people entirely. He would spend most of his time on his bed only going out for groceries or short outings.
