Who Do You Think You Are?!

We all have stories about how things are. We have a story of the type of person we are. what we do, how we act, what we look like, what type of success we have had. Some of these stories were born from our childhood examples. Some of them came from our results in life as an adult. We have a few successes in a new career and we change our story about who we are as a professional. We see ourselves as competent in business. What happens when we hit a rough patch and lose a few big accounts resulting in getting fired?

Top 3 Ways Perfectionism Paralyzes Your Passion

Top 3 Ways Perfectionism Paralyzes Your Passion

  1. Nitpicking

It is easy to get into nitpicking ourselves and others. We seek out imperfections and in everything we turn our gaze on. We become the all seeing eye. Flaws and mistakes become highlighted in our work, our creativity, our whole lives! What we choose to focus on grows so of course we are bombarded with many areas to fix. We turn into a 24/7 judgment factory. Our mind tells us it is necessary to get better and to help others get better. What started as an innocent intention to grow and improve is now out of control.

Things have changed. Now that we’ve walked through the fire and burned old emotional baggage, we are ready. Ready for what?

We are ready to fully embrace who we are. If you’ve ever been in deep meditation and asked the question, “who am I?”, you may have realized the answer doesn’t always come right away. It doesn’t always come in the package we think either. The purpose of your life is not often spelled out in a sentence of words, or an audio in your mind.

Answering the Call

I believe there is reason you are here, reading this right now. There is an increase in the amount of people that are being called to this path. Warriors of Light are feeling an inner yearning to reconnect. It is a deep echo of where we came from and how our new existence will be. There are many of us that have contracted to be a representative of our lineage to assist in activating codes of light for others.

You know if you are one of these because the call is strong and you may have felt guided your whole life by this inner beckoning. The how is not as significant as the knowing of when. Alkaline Cleanse-Days 22-25

Alkaline Soups - Misha Almira

Day 22

Last night, I had nightmares so no rest. I can also feel cold like symptoms…detox no doubt. I am just glad it is moving out. The Garden Soup is very cleansing, especially for the liver so I am not surprised to have cold symptoms. I welcome any liver cleansing since it is such a vital organ for optimum health. Master Cleanse Days 11- 14

Day 11

My yoga mat has become my new therapist and best friend. When I am feeling sad, lonely, bored, or hungry, yoga offers solace. Without the food to fill me, I have no choice but to choose another option. I am noticing each time I do a yoga session, it allows the release of emotions, toxins and fills me with a soul-satisfying peace. It satiates the longing I have had for food. I am realizing that I was always craving the sustenance that yoga provides and never fully got it from food. With food, the more I ate, the more I wanted. With yoga, it is filling the emptiness that was the source of my addiction to food. It is balancing mind, body and spirit so there is a very real union and harmony within all of my Being.
