Wouldn’t it be fun to go back to your 20’s or 30’s and have more wisdom?
What if you could look younger, feel younger, and yet be wiser than you’ve ever been? I would say that is the dream come true for most of us.
It is entirely possible to reverse your biological age, while increasing your IQ, as well as emotional intelligence.
When I lived in a spiritual ashram and taught meditation, I watched people grow younger. It became predictable. I could see it in the weekend courses we taught. Most people would come in looking a bit tired and stressed. Within 2 days of meditating all day, their skin became radiant with a youthful tone.
Their fine lines seemed to smooth out. The eyes were bright. You could even hear it in their voice. You know that obvious glow someone has after a few days with their new love? Everyone had this.
I could especially see it when someone came in for teacher training. They would age backward in every way. It was hard to tell how old anyone was. Even the 60 and 70 somethings, had smooth radiant skin and bright smiling eyes, likened to the eyes of an infant. It was miraculous and predictable.
Let’s talk about how you can cause age reversal and do it on purpose. There are more than 5 ways to do this, but I am going over the ones that are the most accessible and the simplest to practice.
1. Daily Meditation
Recent research out of Harvard reveals new findings that a 50-year-old can age reverse their brain with daily meditation.
In a study by neuroscientist, Sara Lazar, she found that the meditators had more gray matter in the frontal cortex linked to decision-making and working memory. In fact, while most people see their cortexes shrink as they age, 50-year-old meditators in the study had the same amount of gray matter as those half their age.
My teacher told me years ago that 1 year of daily meditation can reverse biological age by 8 years.
I have to say, this was my experience. I also witnessed it in other meditators. They spoke more eloquently, physically looked younger, and could do activities, uncommon for people of their age. I would literally watch them change before my eyes. I became a believer.
What is Prana? Prana is life force energy, chi, or breath. This can be accomplished the fastest with breathing exercises, martial arts like Qi Gong or kundalini yoga.
Movement in any form is good for oxygenating the brain. I have seen the most age reversing benefits from Yoga, Thai Chi, or HIIT training.
4. Dry Fasting with Herbs

Calorie restriction alone has been known to improve our health and reverse age. Then, there is water fasting, but the ultimate is dry fasting. Have you ever watched Naked and Afraid? Most of the contestants look much healthier and younger by the time they go home. This is a good example of forced calorie restriction and forced dry fasting at work. 5. Stepping Outside of Time
Would we age if there was no time? When we are able to suspend time, or transcend into a higher dimension where time is not linear, we can experience a life time within the span of a few minutes of Earth time.
Do our spirits age? If you have ever had an experience of feeling like time stopped, you know this experience of being outside of time. We can slip out of the time dimension when we are doing what we love.
You can spend hours doing your art and lose track of time. Yet, you feel like you were suspended above time, like it wasn’t moving for you. We can also transcend time dimension by shamanic journeying, or channeling, where we consciously decide to move beyond time.
The more we learn to exist outside of time, the more divine knowledge or conscious light we bring into our bodies, which can activate our pineal gland, regenerate our cells and rewire our molecular structures, forming a new body. This is only scratching the surface of what can be done by transcending time and space.
Make everything that brings you joy a priority and design the rest of your life around that.
